Lemuel Puglisi graduated with honours in both his Bachelor’s degree (2021) and Master’s degree (2023) in Computer Science at the University of Catania. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the same university, working on a project focused on data‑driven modelling of neurodegenerative disease progression under the supervision of Prof. Daniele Ravì. In 2022, he began his experience at Queen Square Analytics, a spin‑out company of UCL, initially as an intern and later as an Imaging Research Scientist, specialising in medical image analysis for clinical studies. In 2025, he became a visiting researcher at the MANIFOLD Lab (Hawkes Institute, UCL) under the supervision of Prof. James Cole. His research interests include medical imaging, generative artificial intelligence, and computational modelling of brain ageing and neurodegenerative disease progression, with publications in MICCAI, MIDL, and Medical Image Analysis.
